1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mile High Golf's website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Booking holds expire after 15 minutes if not confirmed.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational needs.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation of our Services, submit false information, or damage equipment at our facility.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our Services are owned by Mile High Golf or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mile High Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Catawba County, North Carolina.
